Comments I was extremely happy with the work that Cozz’s did on my car. I have now had my car repaired there twice, and they have been consistently great both times. Not only were the people in the office very friendly and great to work with, they also kept me notified about updates in the repair status at least once or twice a week, and the repairs were done in a very timely manner. Between the wonderful repairs that were done and the excellent job the detailers cleaning my car inside and out, my car looked as brand new as I could ask for when I took it home. I would definitely recommend Cozz’s to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Comments Hello, My car's transmission was stuck in park Friday evening in Roseville when I called AAA for assistance they called your company to assist us. I want to say that your dispatcher was very nice when she called us for our location and estimated time of the driverĘĽs arrival. Your driver was very polite and tried his best at assisting us to get the vehicle out of park before having to tow it to the dealer. I must admit that the whole experience was handled in a very professional manner and hope that if I need assistance again AAA will use your company. Comments RE: Steve / Call # 33029 / $/17/07 / T8 Dollies I wanted to let Cozz's Auto Body know that I appreciated Steve's prompt arrival upon receiving the call from AAA. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and tried his best to make me feel safe (after standing by the freeway roadside, a first for me). The first thing he did was to get me into the truck. He knew exactly where to deliver my car without any instructions from me. Needless to say I was super happy to see Steve and "the tow truck". Comments This morning (3/15) our twenty year old son's car stopped running on interstate 80 at about 3:30 a.m. He was on his way to work in Auburn where my husband and I live. He called and I advised him to call AAA and to keep us informed. At approximately 4 a.m he called to tell me that one of your drivers had come to stay with him while they waited for the tow truck. I want you to know that I was praying that God would keep our son safe on the side of that dangerous freeway while he waited and it was right then that our son called. I am very thankful and impressed with the care of the man that came. We do not have his name but the driver was JCC#7 and the call number is 30110. Please thank both of them for us. He spoke and answered my questions with the utmost respect. I ALMOST want to say I was glad I had a flat tire. I would also like to add that if I was able to I would have Given him a tip. However, I have been unemployed and I had no money on me. I will be contacting Triple AAA and letting them know of the exceptional service I received. He kept me informed every step of the way as did Amanda. It was very refreshing to deal with such nice people after such a stressful accident.
