We stayed in unit #1900 for 8 days Dec. 3 - 11, 2011. Two adults and two children 13 and 17. We had a fantastic time! Larry is great to deal with and he made our vacation even more enjoyable. We had an awesome boat ride. The resort is superb. The condo is beautiful. The views spectacular. Would highly recommend!

Singer Island Resort and Spa at the Marriott is a super holiday destination! Larry's condo's are wonderful for a couple days or an extended stay! Easy booking, always clean -home away from home!! Wouldn't think to go anywhere else!

I had a wonderful time staying in 1807, it was beyond my expectations. Larry was very easy to work with and the cruise was awesome. Will come back again and again. Excelent vacation spot. Afordable luxury, wonderful location and views. And of course the beautiful Atlantic ocean and beach. Would absolutely recommend.

Larry, you are an awesome host! Our Group had a fabulous time ! 1902 exceeded all expectations. Decor ,comfort, view,ambience I could go on and on how wonderful it was. You made our very very special occasssion even more special ! Sorry you didn't meet Heather, but next time! Only one complaint we missed your cruise!! That would have been great! Again next time . We stayed at one of Larry's units (1010-2 bedroom) from June 13-18, 2012 and had a wonderful time! Larry is very easy to work. The room was fantastic, neat/clean, and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the beach and also overlooked the infinity pool and waterfall (nice sounds at night when sitting on the balcony). The room also had beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach related toys that were an added bonus! The hotel is top notche! We plan on returning!

We recently stayed in condo #1010, June 19th - 25th. It is a two bedroom, 2 bath, spacious condo with a balcony overlooking the ocean. What a beautiful view!! It's a great home away from home, all the amenities! My daughter came with a couple of friends (12 year olds) and had a great time. It felt very safe for her to go around the pools and have lunch on her own with her friends. Thank you so much Larry, for making it so easy and effortless!

The Marriott Resort & Spa at Singer Island was the perfect place to indulge in a slow pace while we pampered ourselves with great seafood. The walks on the shell-filled beach with warm gentle waves was just wonderful. Our beautiful condo offered all the ammenities one could hope for. It is obvious that the owner, Larry Keyser, takes pride in his property and truly wants to make sure that his guests are comfortable. The kids were extremely happy at the pool with the greatest slide, and with all the daily activities that were available to them. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again.

Owner-Direct with Singer Island Resort And Spa is the only way to go! I saved $130 per night/over $1000 altogether vs. Marriott's rate for our family vacation. Our 1st visit here we booked thru Marriott,never again. We have stayed a number of times in Larry's condos. Condo#1902 is a one-of-a-kind exceptional unit, our family of 6 love it and our only choice for the visit. The Triple Balcony with the panoramic oceanview+intracoastal is incredible, a lot of extra space vs. most units with a regular balcony+ 2 sliding doors from the master bedroom and living room. 1902 has a dining table for 4 + 3 island kitchen stools, most other condos here do not have dining tables. The master bath with the double vanity is yet another extra feature. The beach chairs+umbrella+cooler provided in the condo saved us $30/day for 2 chairs/1 umbrella that Marriott charges. The condo has free internet vs. Marriott's $10/day. This year we returned to find Singer Island looking very classy. The past two years of the extensive street infrastructure

We really enjoyed our stay in Condo #510. Great view! Great spacious balcony! Very relaxing. The convenience of the amenities offered (restaurant, spa, yoga on the beach, etc.) made our stay very enjoyable. And great access to the beach ... what more can one ask for? Thank you, Larry. We stayed in unit #1109 and everything was just perfect! The service at the Marriott Resort & Spa at Singer Island was excellent and the condo owned by Larry Keyser was impeccable. It was a very relaxing vacation for a family with children. The slide pool & kids club activities kept the children happy. The beach was spectacular and very close walk from the condo. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Larry Keyser and he was very helpful in planning our wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this condo and visiting Singer Island in West Palm Beach. It was great to save $135/nt booking owner direct (Marriot charged $675 a night 26% more than owner direct) and still receive all of the Marriott amenities.

We stayed in 2 of Larry Keyser's units for 2 weeks and absolutely loved our stay. It was such a great idea to rent directly from the owner and save a ton of money. We got to benefit from all the Marriot's hotel amenities (in fact we frequently used gym, visited the spa once and ordered meals from their restaurants. ) The apartments (1902 and 915 in our case) were absolutely everything we needed - 1902 has 2 Large and clean bedrooms, 2 beautifully appointed bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (and we did actually cook quite a bit.) Great side ocean view with a sprawling balcony. 915 was a direct ocean view with a large balcony and is a equally as spacious 1-bedroom apartment. Larry is a great owner to work eith. A night into our stay, we asked him to fix an AC vent so it wasn't blowing directly onto our bed (it wasn't broken, just a preference thing. ) He came over the same evening and did this for us. We had a fabulous time at the resort! The room was great, and everyone at the resort was extremely accommodating. The best part was saving 99.00 dollars a night for the room booking with this owner direct site. I would highly recommend visiting the resort and booking it with owner direct. We did not want to leave.

This was our third trip to Singer Island FL and the third time we stayed at this resort. The beauty of this trip, though, was that we rented directly from the owner. What a great value - we saved $800 for our 8-night stay. We rented suite 510 and it was amazing. The 2-bedroom condo with living room, dining area and beautiful kitchen were all that you could want plus more. The very spacious terrace was absolutely wonderful!!! The owner/manager of the property, Larry Keyser, was terrific. The small issue that we experienced with our cable/wi-fi was addressed quickly and an interim solution was found until the problem could be fully resolved the next day. Larry truly is only a phone call away which gives guests great peace of mind. We can't wait to stay here again on our next trip!!!!

This was my first visit to Singer Island, I took my mother on a surprise Mothers Day vacation. All I can say is that it was overall a 10 +++!!!. We stayed in #1902, this condo was perfect in every way, very clean, beautifully decorated , very nice kitchen , 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a large balcony with amazing views of fhe ocean and Bay area. Larry was exceptional to work with, he gave us plenty of recommendations for visiting the area. The Marriott is a beautiful property located right on the beach and the staff was very accommodating. I saved so much money going directly through the owner. Larry had all the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. located in the condo for us to use . Marriott charges 30 dollars a day just to rent their beach chairs and umbrella . I saved at least 22% maybe a little more going direct through Larry . It was nice to have Internet service included in the rental fee where Marriott will charge an extra 15 dollars a day. We had an exceptional great vacation and will definetly return in the near future. Thanks

I've stayed at the Marriott Singer Island Resort and Spa half a dozen times before discovering Larry Keyser's www.singerislandresortandspa.net for my latest trip October 2013 - Larry made it all very easy and it was exactly as explained on the website. Room 1902 was almost identically furnished to the Marriott rooms but with a bigger balcony, free wifi and much cheaper cost. The only thing missing was the daily maid service which can be purchased if needed so all in all a great option and all resort facilities are equally available. We will stay again!
