Comments Suggestion: You see, there is a very large 3d artists world wide, most of them unable to attend interactive training courses. Like my self, I learned from gnomon DVDs by Alex and some others.But watching DVDs is still not enough...one needs to ask about things. If there is a PAID forum, runned by Alex and some other tutors at gnomonworkshop, then people could ask for specific issues about the training material they got from gnomon and get answerd..just to expand the learning farther more into details and depth..not as regular forums that you need to wait for ages to get a cool answer... thanx though....just a suggetion...hope it works one day....

Comments Hai alex! nice to see you on the internet. Actually I have an idea for a tutorial dvd. I have seen lots of tutorials on internet and finaly I decided to share a serious problem with you. the problem is : the style of teaching. Many Instructors are unable to give the basic idea. many of them don't know how to maintain the flow and some other problems I mean creating a whole tutorial dvd has a lot of process involved, for example , R&D of the subject, expertisation, how to breakdown the chapters,How to record and edit, which software to use. how to maintain the consistency between quality and file size. briefly, the knowledge required for creating a tutorial aesthetically as well as technically. In which you are expert. I mean your teaching style is excellent. is it gifted? or you have developed youself. Many people want to creat video tutorials but often they didn't. due to the lack of knowledge but the number is still increasing. Comments just by following one of your tutorials ( free or commercial) for a specific issue, one can learn alot even about other techniques in Maya as well. You teach "WHY" , and that makes your tutorials a real big time help. Wish you all the success...and go on Alex...you're the man.
