Comments Thank you for creating this webpage. I am from the Jacob branch of the family tree. My grandparents, Homer & Minnie Lawson Siler, had 11 children. They raised their family in Jellico, TN. There is a Siler graveyard there where they are buried as well as other aunts, uncles & relatives of mine. My father, Mack Scott Siler was the youngest of the family & lives south of Miami, Florida which is where I was born & raised.

Comments I was born to John Calvin Siler & Jean Collett Siler on April 11, 1948. They divorced when I was 2 yo.Before divorcing, they had another child, Patricia Kay Siler Jenkins on June 25, 1950. John Calvin is the son of Thomas Scott Siler & Nell Gray Marshall. Pilkard Dedrick Siler, firs Siler to migrate to the USA from Germany in 1741, was Thomas Scott Siler's great grandfather.

Comments I would be interested to know of any records of Weimar or family with American Revolution ties. On page 4 of the Weimar Siler Family 1755-1831 it quotes Wiemar at 15 as a drumer boy in the Indian War. During the Revolution he served under Francis Marion and Sevier. He fought at Sumter, Kings Mountion and Cowpens. Does anyone have other varication of this? please email me with information.
