I had a wonderful time staying in 1807, it was beyond my expectations. Larry was very easy to work with and the cruise was awesome. Will come back again and again. Excelent vacation spot. Afordable luxury, wonderful location and views. And of course the beautiful Atlantic ocean and beach. Would absolutely recommend.

We love saying at Marriott in Larry's units. We have stayed over 4 times and will be back next week.His units are amazing views with private balconies and everything you could ask for. We save over $180 a night on prime season and we love to return monthly. The hotel, beach,pools etc are amazing and its walking distances to stores and local restraints. We love owner direct and the savings..hes a great guy who makes your vacation amazing. We even went deep sea fishing. Life cant ver much better than that. Book with a private owner(Larry) and you'll thank yourself in the end! Ps. Enjoy all the seashells on the beach! 🍷 🍔🍽🐚🦀🦈🍻☕😊🍕

We love this resort and Singer Island and have been coming to Larry’s Owner-Direct Condos for three years.Primarily because all the rooms are Condos vs. small hotel rooms. These condos are always in immaculate condition. For our family of five we have so much more space, full-size appliances, kitchens with all the cookware, and washer&dryer. We also love the condo has beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards and beach toys so we don’t have to buy them or rent Marriott’s 2 beach chairs-1umbrella for $30 a day. The Resort’s beach and water is fantastic, the two Resort pools are perfect with the Ocean Pool+ hot tub, and the Lagoon Pool&Restaurant, Water Fall and Sliding Tube for the kids. The 3800 Ocean restaurant is very good and relaxing ocean view. We also like the Reef Tiki beach bar and restaurant. My wife loves the Spa. The Marriott staff are always very friendly and pleasant. Our very favorite part is that we save over $230 per night in March versus Marriott’s rate.

My family came down to Florida not at the best time with the COVID-19 shutting down the beach and restaurants. However staying at Larry's condo helped make it a great trip. Loved being able to cook ourselves and enjoy time on the patio with my family. So much better than a hotel!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! We had the best of both worlds with the pools and beach right there. Larry was wonderful to work with! He was always responsive and gave us lots of info to make our stay even better. Although we were very familiar with the area, Larry suggested new places as well. The unit is very well maintained and had great amenities so that it felt like home. The pictures online don't do this unit justice. It is gorgeous! We will for sure be back! Thanks so much!!!

Have recently sold my condo on Singer Island, so I rented one of Larry's units for 10 days. It was wonderful, not ONE thing that wasn't A+. Clean, huge, well equipped, comfy beds, beautiful scenery, close to everything, beautiful beach and pools. You will NOT find anything close to this. Larry is a HOOT!!!

WOW, we love this incredible Resort on the Ocean in Palm Beach. This is our second year of staying for Houston Astros Spring Training baseball; this is THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY. It is the only Resort that are spacious Condos, full size kitchen-appliances, washer-dryer.The Terrace Condo we are in is giant, perfect for our group of 5. Amazing to be only 15 minutes to BallPark of Palm Beaches that Astros and Washington Nationals share. And to Roger Dean Stadium that Cardinals and Marlins play at and all four play each other alot. Even more incredible we are saving over $160 a nights versus renting Owner-Direct Condos vs. Marriott's rate& extra fees.

Larry, I cannot thank you enought for making our trip for my 60 birthday with my daughters a smooth and great experience in an very stressful situation. Your Resort was open right away after Hurricane Irma, our reservation at another place was cancelled. And we were getting away from Hurricane Harvey where we live in Houston.

We had a fabulous time at the resort! The room was great, and everyone at the resort was extremely accommodating. The best part was saving 99.00 dollars a night for the room booking with this owner direct site. I would highly recommend visiting the resort and booking it with owner direct. We did not want to leave.

We stayed at one of Larry's units (1010-2 bedroom) from June 13-18, 2012 and had a wonderful time! Larry is very easy to work. The room was fantastic, neat/clean, and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the beach and also overlooked the infinity pool and waterfall (nice sounds at night when sitting on the balcony). The room also had beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach related toys that were an added bonus! The hotel is top notche! We plan on returning!

Thank you for our 10* (of 5) stay at your #1902 Condo Dec 8-Jan 7. As the owner of many apartment buildings, your attention to every detail of our stay from the day we booked to the day we left and the impeccable features of the condo itself, is 1st Class all the way. Your relationship with the Marriot staff is amazing, they treated us like VIPs at every turn. Including your housekeeping manager (my wife wants to steal him from you😊). The ocean sunrises and sunset in person are 100x the photos.The view of the New Years Fireworks from the Terrace are a lifetime memory, a private front-row seat in the sky. Our grandson is still talking about it. And even more amazing, there are no words to describe our appreciation for taking our family on your boat for the day and taking the kids tubing.The Marriott staff was very friendly and attentive. We loved that the 3800 Ocean restaurant remodel completed and love the new fresh Coastal design.

Our family of 6 stayed at Condo#1902 again Easter Week 2017. This is our 4th year staying with Larry's Owner-Direct Condos. We love Condo #1902 and the Resort. Condo#1902 is the best 2bedroom2bathroom at this Resort. The Triple Balcony add so much more space for our group. We love the dining table, the WiFi TV's are awesome. And we saved over $170 a night versus Marriott's rate. Had a blast on the Dinner Cruise boat. The fishing trip on Larry's boat was awesome, this year my son was old enough. WOW catching many fish and the SailFish was amazing. The building construction next door is basically done, no problem with noise at all. We will be back again next year, can't wait.

Great stay at suite 1602 rooms are spacious master bathroom is huge balcony is large enough to have a party out there. Great bang for you dollar. Would never go through Marriott again. Larry was very easy to deal with. What you pay for is well worth it. Plenty of activity to do on singer island.

Awesome family beach vacation on every level. We will be back, wish it was tomorrow.Saved $130 a night Owner-Direct vs. Marriott’s rate. Owner, lives on Singer Island, connected us VIP level to everything. Can't thank enough. Singer Island is awesome. Stunning crystal green blue ocean. Ocean Walk 3 blocks, stores, restaurants, ice cream, super market 5 minutes. Resort exceptional, 2 pools, beach, ocean restaurant, beach tiki bar&lounge, spa, gym. Kids loved Lagoon Pool water slide tube. Awesome condo, spacious, incredible ocean views. Super clean, free hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, hand pump soaps, ac system air sterilizing devices; above and beyond peace-of-mind. Amazing, owner has 3 boats, took Pontoon Boat with the Sliding Board, hung out Peanut Island Sandbar & cruised, perfect relaxing-fun. Next day fishing boat, 15 minutes to ocean, AMAZING caught 2 SailFish, mahi, tuna, a 250 lb shark-WOW. SailFish Marina Restaurant, cooked the mahi& tuna, fresh seafood dinner like no other!! Took parasailing & wave runners had a blast.
