Comments Thank you for our 10* (of 5) stay at your #1902 Condo Dec 8-Jan 7. As the owner of many apartment buildings, your attention to every detail of our stay from the day we booked to the day we left and the impeccable features of the condo itself, is 1st Class all the way. Your relationship with the Marriot staff is amazing, they treated us like VIPs at every turn. Including your housekeeping manager (my wife wants to steal him from you😊). The ocean sunrises and sunset in person are 100x the photos.The view of the New Years Fireworks from the Terrace are a lifetime memory, a private front-row seat in the sky. Our grandson is still talking about it. And even more amazing, there are no words to describe our appreciation for taking our family on your boat for the day and taking the kids tubing.The Marriott staff was very friendly and attentive. We loved that the 3800 Ocean restaurant remodel completed and love the new fresh Coastal design.

Found Owner-Direct website while looking up making change to our 5 night Marriott Reservation.The very spacious Owner Direct 2bedroom2bathroom condo was $135 per night less than the Marriott rate 1bedroom. Cancelled our Marriott reservation.Whole process with Owner-Direct was VIP level, smooth, simply, easy, excellent helpful communication, things in the area. Will ONLY book our next trip back with Owner-Direct, demonstrates Marriott’s greediness. Extra-level Owner-Direct hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes,jug of laundry detergent……Marriott doesn’t provide. Beautiful Ocean View Condo. Gorgeous crystal green-blue ocean,Stunning sunrises from the ocean!!! Beautiful Resort and amenities. Love the Beach Tiki Bar and 3800 Ocean ocean front restaurant. Nice, friendly, fun staff. More WOW!!! Owner takes on his boat to Mar A Lago Trump’s place,photos with us in it ……PRICELESS!!

Comments Awesome Family Vacation-Awesome Owner/Host-Priceless Fun! We've stayed at Larry’s Owner Direct Condos for 8 years since the kids were little. For starters, with the inflation insanity, we saved over $190 per night versus Marriott’s rates. His exclusive-few largest condo’s are the only unit’s we’ll stay. We love the Resort and Beach. 3800 Ocean oceanfront restaurant-amazing ocean view! The two pools especially the family pool & restaurant the WaterFall and Sliding Tube the kids love. My wife loves the Spa. The Beach Tiki Bar the crystal green-blue water gets your brain on vacation instantly. THIS SUMMER WAS EVEN MORE FUN AND RELAXING. Larry took us on one of his boats for the day, you need to do this.Trip to Mar-A-Lago literally 200 feet from the seawall, family photo, INCREDIBLE! Next we park at one of the IntraCoastal islands, have the whole island TO OURSELF!! A ball on the Sliding Board on the boat, yes a SLIDING BOARD! Next, everyone taking turns Tubing up-down the IntraCoastal, A BLAST!

Comments Great stay our family of five Xmas-New Year Week. The 1 of only 6 of the Largest 2bed2bath model is exceptional, with outside space huge terrace 4 chairs-1 chaise lounge chair-2 tables, Dining Table, double vanity master bath. All others are small balcony with 2 chairs-1 table, no dining table, single vanity. We saved over $190 per night Owner-Direct vs. Marriott rate. Meticulously clean, very thoughtful Owner provides free hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, hand pump disinfectant soaps. The only condos at this resort with UltraVioletC Air Conditioning System air sterilizing devices kills viruses-germs chemical-free, this is one of the reasons we booked this condo, in Covid is a significant item. The property is excellent directly on the beach, ocean front restaurant, beach Tiki Bar/Restaurant, 2 pools, the Lagoon pool & restaurant with the Sliding Tube for the kids is great. The only Ocean Resort in Palm Beach that is All-Condos, and Sliding Tube on 2nd pool. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to return

Comments Exceptional vacation for our family. This owner rescued our vacation, our trip cancelled another location, can't thank him enough. We saved over $150 per night versus Marriott's insane high rate. Beautiful tropical green ocean and beach. Beautiful Resort, 2 pools, ocean restaurant, beach tiki bar&restaurant-lounge, gym. Friendly staff. Immaculately clean spacious 2bedroom condo. Owner has the UltraViolet Light air sterilizing devices on AC system, kills virus and germs invisibly-toxic free; priceless peace-of-mind. And thoughtful for guests provides free hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes, antibacterial hand pump soaps. Amazing we rented owner boat had a blast tubing, and lunch on own private island!

Owner, lives on Singer Island, connected us VIP level to everything. Can't thank enough. Singer Island is awesome. Stunning crystal green blue ocean. Ocean Walk 3 blocks, stores, restaurants, ice cream, super market 5 minutes. Resort exceptional, 2 pools, beach, ocean restaurant, beach tiki bar&lounge, spa, gym. Kids loved Lagoon Pool water slide tube. Awesome condo, spacious, incredible ocean views. Super clean, free hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, hand pump soaps, ac system air sterilizing devices; above and beyond peace-of-mind. Amazing, owner has 3 boats, took Pontoon Boat with the Sliding Board, hung out Peanut Island Sandbar & cruised, perfect relaxing-fun. Next day fishing boat, 15 minutes to ocean, AMAZING caught 2 SailFish, mahi, tuna, a 250 lb shark-WOW. SailFish Marina Restaurant, cooked the mahi& tuna, fresh seafood dinner like no other!! Took parasailing & wave runners had a blast.

Comments On a scale 5 stars, this condo and owner are 10 stars. I had the need to have to stay here for 4 months. EXCEPTIONAL by every measure. As a doctor in this COVID chaos, I specifically rented this condo because this owner has the only condos at this Resort with UltraVioletC Light-Air Sterilizing devices on the condos’ Air Conditioning system. Which I saw on the website home page. He will show you, as he did with me. UVC light is non-toxic and chemical-free, continuously kills airborne viruses, bacteria, germs, allergens,the entire space. Like we use in hospitals and my office. The owner has this technology 10 years for Flu Season-smart. In addition free in the condo, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, bacteria killing liquid hand soap. No Marriott condo here has these items. This owner’s condos’ features simply the best at this Resort. The panoramic ocean & Port of Palm Beach views, morning sunrises, and sunsets very soothing- priceless!! The very few model with Extra Large Terrace and Dining Table.

Comments Your condo over Christmas week was simply fantastic for our family. Every detail was superb-immaculate-spacious. Your exclusive oversize terrace with the 4 chairs+chaise lounge chair+ 2 tables is levels above the other Resort condos with small balcony-2 chairs, your dining table, the double vanity master bathroom, the 2 sliding doors to the terrace, your free high speed internet so we did have to use Marriott. We very appreciated the thoughtfulness of the free hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, liquid disinfectant hand soap. My friends who rented one of the Marriott condos were envious. Can't thank you enough for putting us the Pura Vida Scuba Diving shop; my kids loved it. We will absolutely be back-and now my friends as well.

Comments My family came down to Florida not at the best time with the COVID-19 shutting down the beach and restaurants. However staying at Larry's condo helped make it a great trip. Loved being able to cook ourselves and enjoy time on the patio with my family. So much better than a hotel!

Comments I have rented Larry's owner-direct condos a number of times, after having previously rented Marriott's condos.For my family visiting us here in Singer Island; we do not have enough space in our condo. I write today to share with others Larry’s Extra-Ordinary level of Customer Service and communication for our reservation leading up to and in the hysteria of the corona virus, March 19-24. We could not change our plans. He informed us throughout each day prior to our arrival of the Resort being open status, and check-in was smooth as usual. The Extra-Ordinary level, is the relief and priceless peace-of-mind that the condo is stocked with disinfectant hand sanitizer, wipes, liquid hand soap, air spray. Yet, everyone is in panic as not one of these items is on any store shelf. Marriott does not provide these items in their condos. Last but not least, we had a non-refundable rental. Larry offered to credit our rental towards a future rental.

We especially enjoyed the very large terrace with the fabulous ocean views. This is the third time we stayed in one of your Resort condos and we look forward to our next visit!! Besides saving over $150 a day versus Marriott rate, with the virus concerns, your thoughtfulness to stock the condo with the 99.9% virus-bacteria killing disinfectant items hand sanitizer, wipes, liquid hand soap, and air spray is above and beyond!!! We know Marriott does not stock the condos with these items, they need to learn from you. Thanks again for everything!

Comments We want to Thank You for a fantastic Thanksgiving Week stay at your Owner-Direct Condos. The #1702 and #1602 Terrace + Dining Table condos that my sister and I's families renter were simple awesome. Especially with the huge long terrace with 4 chair-chaise lounge-2 tables and Dining Table. So much larger than the single small balcony and no dining table in all other units like the one our brother stayed in with Marriott; he regretted not taking your other condo with his family of 6. The terrace made it easy for all of us to hang out together. Saving $120 per night versus Marriott's rate was gravy on the turkey. Fantastic Thanksgiving Buffet at your Ocean Front Restaurant, such friendly staff, great beach -pools-gym-and spa. We appreciate all your assistance with activities since we did not know the area. WOW Sail Fish Marina & Restaurant what a gem.

Comments Great stay at suite 1602 rooms are spacious master bathroom is huge balcony is large enough to have a party out there. Great bang for you dollar. Would never go through Marriott again. Larry was very easy to deal with. What you pay for is well worth it. Plenty of activity to do on singer island.

Comments Thank you so much for amazing Condo#1902. This is by far the best model condo we have been to at the Resort. We love this Resort, the beach there, and the Ocean Walk shops and restaurants down the street. Now we will only stay in one of your huge terrace condos. We have stayed here thru Marriott a few times. We had no idea to have a condo with this huge terrace with the 4 chairs-1 chaise lounge-2 tables. The other condo we stayed previously are small with 2 chairs-1 table. Amazing extra outside space for our family of 5. And you also have dining table that others only have 3 kitchen counter stools. Your free beach chairs saved us like $70 a day vs. the Marriott chair rentals. The condo being on the shade side in summer with the ocean breeze is simply perfect. Even better we saved over $180 a day altogether vs.Marriott rate and extras.

Comments SPECTACULAR! We rented 2 condos with the extra long terrace July 4th week. Simply amazing to have the July 4th fireworks display from Peanut Island so close you could almost touch them. Adults and kids were in awe, cannot thank you enough. New Year's renters will be blown away. Exceptional condos, great resort and staff, the sliding tube pool is brilliant, the direct-ocean view 3800 Restaurant is 1st class. I am amazed we saved over $120 per night vs. Marriott's rate&extras. We will be back.

Comments Our family of 5 loved this Resort on the ocean. Happy to find the very large condos with kitchen and all the kitchen wares you need, dining table , full size refrigerator, and washer-dryer. The long terrace with the 5 chairs is awesome, as we saw the other condos with small balcony only 2 chairs. The free beach chairs with the built-in cooler pack for drinks and umbrella were perfect vs. Marriott's beach chair rentals $30 per day for 2 chairs. The restaurants and the friendly staff were excellent. Beautiful beach and the clear crystal green ocean are awesome. We also liked the Ocean Walk stores and restaurants down the street, and the Sail Fish Marina & Restaurant you recommended. Amazing to rent your owner-direct condos, we saved over $140 per day. Thank you!
